Making friends is always a daunting experience no matter where you find yourself. To help ease the pressure and stress, why not look into joining one of our many DUSA societies?
A new life at university can be daunting for many. You might be leaving your hometown, your best friends, your family, your familiarity, and your comfort. That is scary, but equally, that is the exciting beauty of life.
Student representatives are the lifeblood of both DUSA and the University and they ensure student voice is at the heart of everything DUSA and the University do. The DUSA Executive are also Trustees of DUSA Board, and alongside seven additional trustees, hold me to account as the CEO.
Welcome back to the grind! Welcome back to those who’ve been rockin’ with us since September and a massive hello to the fresh faces joining the Dundee community this January.
In line with the rest of our Cost of Living proposal, we will be working behind the scenes to implement a more improved offering of other services/ projects that will reduce the impact of the Cost of Living for all our students and improve the student experience overall.
Every year, from November 25th to December 10th, the world observes the “16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence.” This global campaign aims to raise awareness and take action against one of the most pervasive and insidious human rights violations – violence against women.
