The Student Representative Council (SRC) would like to invite you to use your experience of your landlord to help other students, gather information about accommodation in Dundee and help the Dundee University Students' Union to update their top ten landlords list.

Last year SRC commissioned the first landlord survey and used student opinion to create our top ten list of private landlords and published this in our publication 'Housing Matters'. It also contains some good advice about renting accommodation in Dundee, top tips and a list of the local niche food outlets.

All of the results were based upon the results from student experience of renting property in Dundee and all information is kept strictly confidential.
It is hoped that information relating to cost of renting, responsiveness to queries and handling of deposits can be gathered so that DUSA may have a clearer picture of the experiences of University of Dundee students.
